Can I amend my order?
We’ll do our best to assist you in amending your order before it’s processed or mailed. However, once your order has been processed or shipped, amendments cannot be made.

Can I combine my new order with my other order?
No, to ensure prompt processing and prevent order mishandling, combining orders is not allowed.

An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at duoliteam@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 7 working days. If the item is confirmed defective, we will issue a cash refund.

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment details are not received within 24 hours.

Why didn’t I receive a notification email after placing my order?

Do I need an account to make a purchase?
