How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments via Bank Transfers, Touchngo, and Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards).

For international orders, please contact us at duoliteam@gmail.com for additional payment details.

How do I make a payment using a Debit/Credit Card?
Select “Stripe” as your payment method at checkout. You will be redirected to the Stripe website to complete your payment.

Do you accept Bank Transfers and Touchngo?
Yes, we accept Bank Transfers and Touchngo. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Please make your payment using the banking details provided in the email and notify us within 24 hours.

Orders without payment notification within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled without notice.

How long does it take to verify my payment?
Please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification. Note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

What if I cannot make payment within 24 hours but still want the items?
If you are unable to make the payment within 24 hours but are still interested in the items, please email us at duoliteam@gmail.com, and we will assist you from there.
