Return policy

We accept returns for the following reasons : Incorrect items or defective items received.

We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition (with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.

Please be aware that purchases of intimates, swimwear, and jewelry are final and cannot be returned.

What is your return policy?

• Submit your returns request within 7 days from the date you received your order.

• Return your items within 7 days from the date of return approval.

• Returns are accepted for all items except intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags.

• Items in the sales category are not eligible for return or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

• Please note that returns can only be processed once per order number; any order that has received return credit cannot be returned again.

We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions. Refunds will be issued as cash refunds.

You are responsible for the shipping costs and any customs duties associated with returning items. Please ensure the item is securely packaged until it reaches us, and retain all proof of mailing until you receive confirmation of receipt.

Have you received my returned item?

Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item. We will email you once we receive your returned item and your return request will be processed within 3 working days.
